Okay, I admit it, curiosity got the best of me and I went out and counted the bags. There are 24 treat bags in the kits. That's less that $1.00 each and they're really cute bags and when you're done you have your treats plus you have a new stamp set and a Stampin' Spot ink pad. What a deal!
