Here's the delightful Blooming Heart thinlit that's for sale in the new Occasions catalog. It makes beautiful hearts to use on cards or in scrapbooks. The little flowers with the rhinestone centers are a separate flower thinlit that comes in the set. So they could be made different colors or popped up to make them stand out.
